देहरादून- मौसम विज्ञान विभाग ने 22 से 26 जून के बीच उत्तराखंड के कई जिलों में भारी बारिश की संभावना जताई है। देहरादून, नैनीताल, टिहरी और चंपावत में कुछ स्थानों पर तेज से बहुत तेज बारिश की चेतावनी के साथ ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। वहीं, टिहरी, पौड़ी, हरिद्वार, ऊधमसिंह नगर, चंपावत, अल्मोड़ा और बागेश्वर जिलों में येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।
राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (यूएसडीएमए) के अधीन राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र (एसओईसी) ने सभी संबंधित जिलाधिकारियों को पत्र जारी कर सावधानी बरतने के निर्देश दिए हैं। पत्र में कहा गया है कि सभी विभागीय नोडल अधिकारी और आपदा प्रबंधन से जुड़े आईआरएस अधिकारी अलर्ट पर रहें।
संवेदनशील मार्गों पर विशेष निगरानी
भूस्खलन की आशंका वाले संवेदनशील मार्गों पर मलबा हटाने के उपकरण पहले से तैयार रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। साथ ही, यातायात नियंत्रण के लिए सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती और निगरानी बढ़ाने को कहा गया है।
स्थानीय प्रशासनिक अमला रहेगा तैनात
राजस्व उप निरीक्षक, ग्राम विकास अधिकारी और ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी को अपने-अपने कार्यक्षेत्र में सतर्क रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं, ताकि किसी भी आपात स्थिति में त्वरित कार्रवाई की जा सके।
तेज हवाओं के भी आसार
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार राज्य के कुछ हिस्सों में 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चलने की संभावना है। अनुमान है कि यह मौसम प्रणाली 28 जून तक पूरे राज्य में सक्रिय रहेगी और तेज बारिश का दौर जारी रह सकता है।
