मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने सरकार के तीन साल पूरे होने के अवसर पर पत्रकारों से की बातचीत

देहरादून। उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को सरकार के तीन साल पूरे होने के अवसर पर पत्रकारों से बातचीत की और अपनी सरकार की उपलब्धियों का ब्योरा दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि उनके नेतृत्व में राज्य ने कई पुराने मिथकों को तोड़ते हुए ऐतिहासिक कार्य किए हैं। सीएम धामी ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार ने जनहित को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी और चुनौतियों का सामना करते हुए प्रदेश के विकास की दिशा में प्रभावी कदम उठाए।
आपदाओं से निपटने में सरकार रही सफल
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि उनके कार्यकाल के दौरान उत्तराखंड को कई आपदाओं का सामना करना पड़ा, लेकिन सरकार ने कुशलता से इन चुनौतियों से निपटने का कार्य किया। उन्होंने कहा, “हमारी सरकार की प्राथमिकता रही कि आपदा प्रबंधन को मजबूत किया जाए। हमने राहत और पुनर्वास कार्यों को तेज़ी से पूरा किया, जिससे प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में जनजीवन सामान्य हो सके।” सीएम धामी ने बताया कि प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के दौरान सरकारी तंत्र ने सराहनीय कार्य किया। चाहे जोशीमठ भूधंसाव की स्थिति हो या फिर बादल फटने और भूस्खलन की घटनाएं, सरकार ने हर चुनौती का डटकर सामना किया और लोगों तक हर संभव सहायता पहुंचाई।
कई बड़े कानून लागू किए
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार ने ऐसे ऐतिहासिक कानून लागू किए, जो लंबे समय से चर्चा में थे लेकिन किसी ने हिम्मत नहीं दिखाई। इनमें नकल विरोधी कानून, सख्त भू-कानून और समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) प्रमुख रूप से शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा, “हमने जो वादे जनता से किए थे, उन्हें पूरा करने का प्रयास किया। उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य बना जहां नकल पर रोक लगाने के लिए इतना कड़ा कानून लाया गया। इससे प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में पारदर्शिता आई है और युवाओं में विश्वास बढ़ा है।”
उन्होंने भू-कानून को लेकर कहा कि राज्य में बाहरी लोगों द्वारा अंधाधुंध जमीन खरीदने पर रोक लगाने के लिए कड़े प्रावधान किए गए हैं। वहीं, समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) लागू कर उत्तराखंड पूरे देश के लिए मिसाल बना। धामी ने कहा कि “यह कानून राज्य की संस्कृति और सामाजिक समरसता को बनाए रखने में मदद करेगा।”
गांव-गांव तक पहुंची सरकार
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार ने हर क्षेत्र तक विकास योजनाएं पहुंचाने के लिए विशेष रणनीति अपनाई। अधिकारियों और मंत्रियों को निर्देश दिए गए कि वे नियमित रूप से जनता के बीच जाएं और उनकी समस्याओं को समझें। “हमने जनता से सीधा संवाद किया और उनकी जरूरतों के हिसाब से योजनाएं बनाई। इससे सरकार और जनता के बीच विश्वास बढ़ा।”
उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार ने विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से रोजगार, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और बुनियादी ढांचे के क्षेत्र में कई महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लिए।
5 गेम चेंजर योजनाओं पर काम जारी
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे राज्य के विकास के लिए ‘5 गेम चेंजर योजनाएं’ तैयार करें, जो उत्तराखंड को आर्थिक रूप से और मजबूत बनाएंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि इन योजनाओं का मकसद युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाना, पर्यटन को नई ऊंचाइयों तक ले जाना, औद्योगिक विकास को गति देना और प्रदेश को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है।
आगे की राह और सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि अगले कार्यकाल में भी सरकार विकास कार्यों को नई ऊंचाई तक ले जाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने जनता से सहयोग की अपील करते हुए कहा, “हमारी सरकार ने अब तक जो भी काम किए हैं, वे जनता के हित में थे और आगे भी हम राज्य को प्रगति के पथ पर ले जाने के लिए पूरी मेहनत से काम करेंगे।”
उत्तराखंड सरकार ने तीन वर्षों में कई ऐतिहासिक निर्णय लिए हैं, जिससे प्रदेश में बदलाव की नई लहर देखने को मिली है। आपदा प्रबंधन से लेकर सख्त कानूनों की पहल तक, मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने अपनी सरकार को जनता के करीब लाने और प्रदेश के विकास की दिशा में अग्रसर रखने का प्रयास किया है। अब देखने वाली बात होगी कि आने वाले वर्षों में इन नीतियों का राज्य पर कितना प्रभाव पड़ता है।
