इनकार करने पर आरोपी पति व सास-ससुर ने विवाहिता के साथ की मारपीट
बुलंदशहर। अनूपशहर कोतवाली क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी एचआईवी पॉजिटिव पति ने पत्नी के साथ जबरन शारीरिक संबंध बनाने की कोशिश की। पत्नी के इनकार करने पर आरोपी पति व सास-ससुर ने विवाहिता के साथ मारपीट की। इस मामले में करीब दो माह बाद पीड़िता की शिकायत पर थाना पुलिस ने तीनों नामजद आरोपियों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज की है।
अनूपशहर कोतवाली क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी महिला ने बीते दिनों एसएसपी को शिकायती पत्र देकर बताया कि उसका विवाह 20 मई 2022 को अनूपशहर के ही एक गांव निवासी युवक के साथ हुआ था। शादी में परिजनों ने करीब 14 लाख रुपये भी खर्चा किया था। शादी के बाद सबकुछ ठीक चल रहा था। लेकिन, गत वर्ष नवंबर-दिसंबर माह में पीड़िता के पति ने रक्तदान किया था। उस दौरान पति के एचआईवी पॉजिटिव होने की जानकारी हुई। जिसके बाद चिकित्सकों ने पीड़िता को भी एचआईवी जांच कराने की सलाह दी। पीड़िता ने भी अपना टेस्ट कराया जो कि निगेटिव आया।
जिसके बाद चिकित्सकों ने पीड़िता को पति से दूरी बनाए रखने की सलाह दी। आरोप है कि पति ने इस बीच कई बार पीड़िता के साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन पीड़िता इनकार करती रही। गत 11 जनवरी को सुबह करीब छह बजे पति ने फिर से जबरन कोशिश की। जिस पर पीड़िता ने शोर मचा दिया। पीड़िता के विरोध करने पर आरोपी पति, सास व ससुर ने उसकी पिटाई कर दी।
इसकी जानकारी पीड़िता ने अपने पिता को दी और उसी दिन वापस अपने मायके चली गई। तब से पीड़िता अपने मायके में ही रह रही है। शिकायत पर एसएसपी के आदेश के बाद थाना पुलिस ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली है। मामले में महिला की शिकायत के आधार पर एसएसपी के आदेश के बाद रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली गई है। जांच की जा रही है, जांच के बाद अग्रिम कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
