पांच मेडिकल कॉलेजों व कैंसर संस्थान में रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष होंगे तैनात
विभागीय मंत्री डॉ. रावत ने अधिकारियों को दिये शीघ्र नियुक्ति के निर्देश
देहरादून। उत्तराखंड चिकित्सा सेवा चयन बोर्ड से चयनित 1314 नर्सिंग अधिकारियों को दो सप्ताह के भीतर नियुक्ति दे दी जायेगी। इन सभी नर्सिंग अधिकारियों को प्रदेश के पांच राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेजों व राजकीय कैंसर संस्थान हल्द्वानी में रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष तैनात किया जायेगा। इसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को सभी औचारिकताएं पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं।
चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि राज्य के पांच राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेजों को दो सप्ताह के भीतर नर्सिंग अधिकारी मिल जायेंगे। इसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया की सभी औचारिकताएं पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दे दिये गये है। उन्होंने बताया कि राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेजों में नर्सिंग अधिकारियों के स्वीकृत पद लम्बे समय से रिक्त पड़े हैं, जिनमें राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज देहरादून में 323, हल्द्वानी 320, रूद्रपुर 310, अल्मोड़ा 207 और श्रीनगर में 300 पद शामिल है।
इस प्रकार राजकीय कैंसर संस्थान हल्द्वानी में भी 64 पद स्वीकृत हैं। इन सभी स्वीकृत पदों के सापेक्ष सेवा चयन बोर्ड से चयनित नर्सिंग अधिकारियों को तैनात किया जायेगा। विभागीय मंत्री ने बताया कि मेडिकल कॉलेजों से सम्बद्ध चिकित्सालयों में मरीजों की देखभाल और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के सुधारीकरण के दृष्टिगत चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा राज्य चिकित्सा सेवा चयन बोर्ड को नर्सिंग अधिकारियों की भर्ती का अधियाचन भेजा था। जिसके क्रम में सेवा चयन बोर्ड द्वारा भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पूरा कर 1314 नर्सिंग अधिकारियों का अंतिम चयन परिणाम विभाग को सौप दिया गया है।
इन चयनित नर्सिंग अधिकारियों का वर्तमान में दो स्तरों पर सत्यापन चल रहा है, जिसमें अधिक समय लगने के चलते चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को शीघ्र तैनाती देने का निर्णय लिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि सत्यापन प्रक्रिया पृथक से चलती रहेगी यदि नौकरी पाने के उपरांत किसी अभ्यर्थी के सत्यापन में गड़बड़ी पाई जाती है तो उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जायेगी।
डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि सरकार की प्राथमिकता मेडिकल कॉलेजों में जल्द से जल्द नर्सिंग अधिकारियों को नियुक्ति देना है ताकि मेडिकल कॉलेजों में मरीजों की देखभाल व स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में और अधिक सुधार को सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
