ग्रामीण भारत महोत्सव का आयोजन 4 जनवरी से लेकर 9 जनवरी तक होगा

नई दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में आज ग्रामीण भारत महोत्सव 2025 का उद्घाटन किया। जिसमें विकसित राष्ट्र के विजन को प्राप्त करने में ग्रामीण भारत की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर जोर दिया गया। इस दौरान अपने संबोधन में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि साल 2025 की शुरुआत में ग्रामीण भारत महोत्सव का भव्य आयोजन भारत की विकास यात्रा को दर्शा रहा है। इसके आयोजन के लिए नबार्ड और अन्य सहयोगियों को बधाई।’ प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि ‘आज गांवों के लाखों घरों को पीने का साफ पानी मिल रहा है। लोगों को डेढ़ लाख आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों से बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं मिल रही हैं। आज डिजिटल तकनीक की मदद से बेहतरीन डॉक्टर और अस्पताल भी गांवों से कनेक्ट हो रहे हैं। ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के लिए जरूरी है कि आर्थिक नीतियां गांव के हर वर्ग को ध्यान में रखकर बनाई जाएं। बीते 10 वर्षों में हमारी सरकार ने ये काम किया है। दो-तीन दिन पहले ही कैबिनेट ने पीएम फसल योजना को एक साल और बढ़ाने को मंजूरी दी है।’
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि के जरिए देश को किसानों को तीन लाख करोड़ रुपये की आर्थिक मदद दी जा रही है। बीते 10 वर्षों में कृषि ऋण साढ़े तीन गुना बढ़ गए हैं। अब पशुपालकों और मछली पालकों को भी किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड दिए जा रहे हैं। हमने बीते 10 वर्षों में फसलों पर दी जाने वाली को बढ़ाया है। हमने स्वामित्व योजना जैसे अभियान चलाए हैं, जिनके जरिए गांव के लोगों को संपत्ति के दस्तावेज दिए जा रहे हैं। आज गांव के युवाओं को मुद्रा योजना, स्टार्टएप इंडिया, स्टैंड अप इंडिया जैसी योजनाओं के जरिए मदद की जा रही है। किसानों को फसलों का सही दाम मिले, इसके लिए साल 2021 में अलग मंत्रालय का गठन किया गया। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि ‘हाल ही में एक अहम सर्वे हुआ है, जिसमें पता चला कि साल 2011 की तुलना में अब ग्रामीणों की क्रय शक्ति करीब तीन गुना बढ़ गई है। अब गांव के लोग पहले की तुलना में ज्यादा खर्च कर रहे हैं। आजादी के बाद देश के ग्रामीण खाने पर 50 प्रतिशत आमदनी खर्च कर रहे थे। यह पहली बार है कि यह दर 50 फीसदी तक घट गई है।’
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि ‘पूर्व की सरकारों ने दलितों, जनजातियों और पिछड़े वर्ग के लोगों की परेशानियों पर ध्यान नहीं दिया, जिसके चलते गांवों से पलायन हुआ और गरीबी बढ़ी। गांवों और शहरों में लगातार अंतर बढ़ रहा है। ‘जिन्हें किसी ने नहीं पूछा, उन्हें मोदी ने पूजा है’। जिन इलाकों को विकास से वंचित रखा गया, अब वहां समान अधिकार मिल रहे हैं। कल ही स्टेट बैंक ने रिपोर्ट जारी की है, जिसके अनुसार, साल 2012 में भारत में ग्रामीण इलाकों में गरीबी 26 प्रतिशत थी, लेकिन 2024 में यह घटकर पांच प्रतिशत से भी कम रह गई है।’
ग्रामीण भारत महोत्सव का आयोजन 4 जनवरी से लेकर 9 जनवरी तक होगा और इसकी थीम ‘विकसित भारत 2047 के लिए एक लचीले ग्रामीण भारत का निर्माण’ रखी गई है। इस महोत्सव के दौरान ग्रामीण भारत की उद्यमशीलता की भावना और सांस्कृतिक विरासत का जश्न मनाया जाएगा। इस महोत्सव में विभिन्न चर्चाओं और कार्यशालाओं का आयोजन किया जाएगा, जिनके जरिए ग्रामीण बुनियादी ढांचे को बढ़ाने, आत्मनिर्भर अर्थव्यवस्था के निर्माण और ग्रामीण समुदाय में नवाचार को बढ़ावा देने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। साथ ही इसका उद्देश्य सरकार टिकाऊ कृषि प्रथाओं को अपनाने के साथ ही उद्यमिता के माध्यम से ग्रामीण महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाना है।
