मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी एवं केंद्रीय ऊर्जा मंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर का किया आभार व्यक्त
देहरादून। केंद्र सरकार ने उत्तराखण्ड पावर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड (यूपीसीएल) की ऋषिकेश गंगा कॉरिडोर परियोजना को स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है। इस परियोजना के तहत एचटी/एलटी विद्युत लाइनों को भूमिगत किया जाएगा और साथ ही एससीएडीए (SCADA) ऑटोमेशन प्रणाली लागू की जाएगी।
परियोजना की कुल लागत ₹547.73 करोड़ है, जिसमें समानांतर जीबीएस ₹493.05 करोड़ और पी.एम.ए. शुल्क @ 1.5% यानी ₹8.22 करोड़ (जिसमें जीबीएस ₹7.39 करोड़) शामिल है।
इस योजना से ऋषिकेश के महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में बिजली आपूर्ति की गुणवत्ता और सुरक्षा में सुधार होगा। साथ ही बिजली आपूर्ति की रीयल टाइम निगरानी और त्वरित सुधार संभव हो सकेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस स्वीकृति पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय ऊर्जा मंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर का आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि, “ऋषिकेश जैसे आध्यात्मिक, पर्यटन और कुंभ क्षेत्र के लिए यह परियोजना न केवल विद्युत व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करेगी, बल्कि शहर के सौंदर्यकरण, सुरक्षा और पर्यावरणीय संतुलन में भी अहम योगदान देगी। राज्य सरकार इस योजना को समयबद्ध तरीके से लागू करने के लिए पूरी प्रतिबद्धता से काम करेगी।”
