भूस्खलन और बाढ़ से मंडी, चंबा और कुल्लू में हालात सबसे गंभीर
मानसून में अब तक 170 लोगों की मौत, कई लोग घायल और लापता
शिमला। हिमाचल प्रदेश में लगातार हो रही भारी बारिश ने जनजीवन को गंभीर रूप से प्रभावित किया है। राज्य के कई जिलों में भूस्खलन, अचानक बाढ़ और जलभराव की घटनाओं ने संकट की स्थिति पैदा कर दी है। गुरुवार सुबह तक प्रदेश में एक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग समेत 302 सड़कें आवाजाही के लिए बंद रहीं। वहीं, 436 बिजली ट्रांसफॉर्मर और 254 जलापूर्ति योजनाएं ठप पड़ी हैं। आपदा से सर्वाधिक प्रभावित मंडी जिले में ही 193 सड़कें अवरुद्ध हैं, जबकि कुल्लू और चंबा जिले में बिजली आपूर्ति सबसे अधिक प्रभावित हुई है।
धर्मशाला समेत कई इलाकों में भारी बारिश, येलो अलर्ट जारी
बीती रात धर्मशाला में 54.4 मिमी, मुरारी देवी में 52.4 मिमी, और कोठी में 49.1 मिमी बारिश रिकॉर्ड की गई। मौसम विभाग शिमला ने राज्य के अधिकांश क्षेत्रों में 6 अगस्त तक बारिश जारी रहने की संभावना जताई है और कुछ इलाकों के लिए भारी बारिश का येलो अलर्ट भी जारी किया गया है। शिमला सहित कई क्षेत्रों में मौसम खराब बना हुआ है।
भूस्खलन के बीच युवक ने कंधे पर उठाकर पार की बाइक
चंबा जिले के चुराह उपमंडल में नकरोड़-चांजू सड़क पर भूस्खलन के कारण एक युवक अपनी बाइक सहित फंस गया। काफी इंतजार के बाद युवक ने हिम्मत दिखाई और चट्टानों के बीच से बाइक को कंधों पर उठाकर दूसरी ओर पहुंचाया। यह दृश्य वहां मौजूद लोगों के लिए किसी फिल्मी दृश्य से कम नहीं था।
सलूणी में भूस्खलन से गरीब महिला का मकान ढहा
चंबा जिले की सलूणी तहसील के टिक्कर गांव में भूस्खलन से शिवो देवी नामक महिला का नया मकान पूरी तरह से क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया। यह मकान उन्हें सरकार की योजना के तहत मिला था, लेकिन भारी बारिश के चलते उनका आशियाना मलबे में तब्दील हो गया। परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति अत्यंत कमजोर बताई जा रही है।
मानसून का भारी कहर: 1,687 घर-दुकानों को नुकसान, 170 की मौत
इस मानसून सीजन में अब तक प्रदेश में 170 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है, जबकि 278 घायल हुए हैं और 36 अब भी लापता हैं। 76 लोगों की सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में जान गई है। बारिश जनित घटनाओं से 1,687 कच्चे-पक्के मकान और दुकानें क्षतिग्रस्त हुई हैं। 1,226 गोशालाएं और 1,404 पालतू पशु भी प्रभावित हुए हैं। अब तक अनुमानित आर्थिक नुकसान 1,599 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक पहुंच चुका है।
