चारधाम यात्रा, कांवड़ यात्रा और ज़रूरी सेवाओं की व्यवस्थाओं पर जिलाधिकारियों से वर्चुअल संवाद
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को आईटी पार्क स्थित राज्य आपदा परिचालन केन्द्र से प्रदेश में हो रही अतिवृष्टि का जायजा लिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों से वर्चुअल माध्यम से बातचीत कर जनपदों में बारिश की स्थिति, सड़कों की स्थिति, चारधाम और कांवड़ यात्रा की व्यवस्थाओं तथा विद्युत, पेयजल एवं मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं के बारे में जानकारी ली।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि मानसून सीजन में सभी अधिकारी 24 घंटे अलर्ट मोड में रहें। किसी भी जान-माल के नुकसान से बचाव के लिए यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि बारिश के पूर्वानुमान का अपडेट लोगों को तुरंत मिल जाए। इसके लिए जनपद, तहसील, ब्लॉक और ग्राम स्तर तक आपदा प्रबंधन तंत्र को सक्रिय रखा जाए। वर्षा के कारण जो सड़कें बाधित हो रही हैं, उन्हें शीघ्रता से सुचारु किया जाए। भू-स्खलन की दृष्टि से संवेदनशील स्थानों पर सभी आवश्यक उपकरणों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए। वर्षा के कारण जनजीवन प्रभावित न हो, इसके लिए सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं के लिए रिस्पांस टाइम कम से कम किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि मानसून के दृष्टिगत राज्य के पर्वतीय जनपदों में खाद्यान्न, दवाइयों और अन्य मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए पर्याप्त स्टॉक रखा जाए। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लोगों को आवागमन में परेशानी न हो। संपर्क मार्ग बाधित होने पर आवागमन के लिए वैकल्पिक व्यवस्थाएं भी रखी जाएं। मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए हैं कि जन सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से सभी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं। किसी जनपद से करंट लगने की शिकायतें न आएं। पुलों का सेफ्टी ऑडिट करने के निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री पहले ही अधिकारियों को दे चुके हैं। शहरी क्षेत्रों में जलभराव की समस्याएं न हों, इसके लिए सभी आवश्यक प्रबंध करने के निर्देश उन्होंने अधिकारियों को दिए हैं। नदियों के बढ़ते जल स्तर की नियमित निगरानी करने के निर्देश भी मुख्यमंत्री ने दिए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि चारधाम यात्रा पर जाने वाले सभी श्रद्धालुओं को मौसम का नियमित अपडेट दिया जाए। वर्षा के कारण यातायात प्रभावित होने की स्थिति में श्रद्धालुओं को ठहराव स्थलों पर भोजन, पानी एवं अन्य आवश्यक सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
इस अवसर पर सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन विनोद कुमार सुमन, अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी आनन्द स्वरूप, अपर सचिव बंशीधर तिवारी एवं वर्चुअल माध्यम से सभी जिलाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
