मानेकशॉ सेंटर में रक्षा स्वदेशीकरण पर खास प्रदर्शनी
नई दिल्ली। सीडीएस जनरल अनिल चौहान ने बुधवार को स्पष्ट किया कि 10 मई को ‘ऑपरेशन सिंदूर’ के दौरान पाकिस्तान की ओर से ड्रोन और हथियारबंद तकनीकों का प्रयोग किया गया, लेकिन भारतीय सुरक्षा बलों की तत्परता के चलते कोई बड़ा नुकसान नहीं हुआ। इस ऑपरेशन ने ड्रोन हमलों से निपटने में स्वदेशी तकनीकों की अहमियत को रेखांकित किया।
चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ (सीडीएस) जनरल अनिल चौहान ने मानेकशॉ सेंटर में आयोजित एक वर्कशॉप और प्रदर्शनी के दौरान कहा कि ‘ऑपरेशन सिंदूर’ ने यह साबित कर दिया है कि भारत को अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए विदेशी तकनीक पर निर्भर रहने की बजाय स्वदेशी समाधान विकसित करने होंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि 10 मई को हुए इस ऑपरेशन में पाकिस्तान ने निहत्थे ड्रोन और गोला-बारूद का इस्तेमाल किया, लेकिन इनमें से ज्यादातर को भारतीय सुरक्षा बलों ने सफलतापूर्वक निष्क्रिय कर दिया। कुछ ड्रोन सही हालत में जब्त भी किए गए।
जनरल चौहान ने कहा, “इस तरह के हमले दिखाते हैं कि अब समय आ गया है कि हम काउंटर-यूएएस (Counter-UAS) तकनीकों को अपने दम पर विकसित करें। यह हमारी सुरक्षा नीति का हिस्सा होना चाहिए।”
ड्रोन की भूमिका पर उन्होंने कहा कि युद्ध के परिदृश्य में ड्रोन अब एक क्रांतिकारी उपकरण बन चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा, “ड्रोन का विकास तकनीकी रूप से भले ही क्रमिक हो, लेकिन युद्धक्षेत्र में इनका इस्तेमाल बेहद क्रांतिकारी रहा है। हमारी सेनाएं अब तेजी से इन्हें रणनीतिक अभियानों में शामिल कर रही हैं।”
प्रदर्शनी का उद्देश्य:
मानेकशॉ सेंटर में आयोजित यह प्रदर्शनी और वर्कशॉप इंटीग्रेटेड डिफेंस स्टाफ मुख्यालय और सेंटर फॉर जॉइंट वॉरफेयर स्टडीज (CENJOWS) के संयुक्त प्रयास से आयोजित की गई। इसका मकसद रक्षा क्षेत्र में आयातित तकनीकों की जगह स्वदेशी विकल्पों को बढ़ावा देना है।
इस पहल से न सिर्फ भारत की रणनीतिक आत्मनिर्भरता बढ़ेगी, बल्कि घरेलू रक्षा उद्योगों को अनुसंधान और निर्माण में नई ऊर्जा भी मिलेगी। यह कदम ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ और ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ अभियानों को भी मजबूती प्रदान करेगा।
