सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने किया उद्घाटन, ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था और स्वरोजगार को मिलेगी नई दिशा
देहरादून। अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष-2025 के उपलक्ष्य में देहरादून स्थित भारतीय वन अनुसंधान संस्थान (एफआरआई) में दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला ‘सहकार मंथन-2025’ का भव्य शुभारंभ मंगलवार को हुआ। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन उत्तराखंड सरकार के सहकारिता, उच्च शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने किया। कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य सहकारिता क्षेत्र में नवाचार को बढ़ावा देना, ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करना और युवाओं के लिए स्वरोजगार के अवसर सृजित करना है।
उद्घाटन भाषण में डॉ. रावत ने कहा कि सहकारिता के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए राज्य सरकार पूरी प्रतिबद्धता से कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार के मार्गदर्शन और सहकारिता मंत्रालय की स्थापना को मील का पत्थर बताते हुए कहा कि इससे राज्यों को नई दिशा और ऊर्जा मिली है।
डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि प्रत्येक 300–400 की ग्रामीण आबादी या दो–तीन गांवों के समूह के लिए बहुउद्देश्यीय सहकारी समितियां गठित की जाएंगी ताकि 670 मौजूदा एम-पैक्स को और अधिक सशक्त किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि यह मंथन केवल भाषणों तक सीमित न रहकर धरातल पर परिणाम देने वाला होना चाहिए।
उत्तराखंड सहकारिता की उपलब्धियां और योजनाएं
डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य है जिसने 2017 से सहकारी बैंकों में आईबीपीएस के माध्यम से पारदर्शी और मेरिट आधारित भर्तियां शुरू कीं, जिसका अनुसरण अब छह अन्य राज्य कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना की राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सराहना हो रही है और कई राज्य इसे अपनाने की प्रक्रिया में हैं।
कार्यशाला में सहकारी समितियों के डिजिटलीकरण, ऋण वितरण में सुधार, ग्रामीण उत्पादों के बेहतर विपणन और ‘एक पेड़ माँ के नाम’ जैसे अभियानों पर भी चर्चा हुई। नर्सरियों के जरिये हरित उत्तराखंड बनाने पर जोर दिया गया।

कार्यशाला में सहकारिता सचिव डॉ. वीबीआरसी पुरुषोत्तम, निबंधक डॉ. मेहरबान बिष्ट, नाबार्ड के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक पंकज तिवारी, प्रो. अरुण त्यागी, श्रीमती ईरा उप्रेती, आनंद शुक्ल और कई अन्य विशेषज्ञों ने विचार साझा किए। कार्यक्रम का संचालन मंगला त्रिपाठी ने किया।
