सीमांत क्षेत्रों में बैंकिंग सुविधाओं के विस्तार से चारधाम यात्रियों और स्थानीयों को मिलेगा लाभ
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरुवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए गुप्तकाशी एवं ज्योर्तिमठ में एक्सिस बैंक की नई शाखाओं का वर्चुअल शुभारंभ किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने गुप्तकाशी एवं ज्योर्तिमठ में एक्सिस बैंक की नई शाखाओं के शुभारंभ पर खुशी जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि इससे सीमांत क्षेत्रों में आधुनिक बैंकिंग सुविधाओं का विस्तार होगा। यह कदम वित्तीय समावेशन साथ क्षेत्रीय विकास को गति प्रदान करेगा। गुप्तकाशी और ज्योर्तिमठ दोनों ही चार धाम यात्रा के महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव हैं। इन स्थानों पर बैंक की शाखाएं खुलने से स्थानीय लोगों के साथ श्रद्धालुओं को भी सहायता मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार, प्रदेश में सभी बैंकों के आवश्क बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत करने के लिए हर संभव मदद करेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ज्योर्तिमठ में भारत सरकार के सहयोग से 1700 करोड़ से भी अधिक की लागत से पुर्नावास की योजना का काम गतिमान है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में भारत, विकसित भारत के संकल्प को लेकर आगे बढ़ रहा है। यह संकल्प तभी पूरा होगा, जब अंतिम छोर पर बैठे व्यक्ति को विकास की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ जा सकेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में जन धन योजना, मुद्रा योजना, जैसी अनेक योजनाएं से देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक को बैंकिंग सेवा से जोड़ने का काम किया है। देश में 55 करोड़ से अधिक जनधन खाते खोले गए हैं। अब इन खातों के माध्यम से किसी भी योजना के लाभार्थियों का पैसा सीधे उनके खातों में पहुंच रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा राज्य सरकार वित्तीय समावेशन को सशक्त करने के लिए कार्य कर रही है। वित्तीय अनुशासन बनाने में देवभूमि उत्तराखंड दूसरे स्थान पर आया है। नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी सतत विकास लक्ष्यों की सूची में हमारे प्रदेश का प्रथम स्थान आया है। राज्य सरकार का प्रयास है बैंकिंग, वित्तीय सेवाएं और बीमा जैसी सेवाओं हर नागरिक तक पहुंचे। राज्य सरकार ई गवर्नेंस, मोबाइल एप, डिजिटल सेवाओं को गांव गांव तक पहुंचा रही है। जिससे लोगों का जीवन आसान हो रहा है।
इस अवसर पर राज्यसभा सांसद एवं भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महेंद्र भट्ट, विधायक बंशीधर भगत, डॉ. मोहन सिंह बिष्ट, श्रीमती आशा नौटियाल, एक्सिस बैंक के प्रबंध निदेशक अमिताभ चौधरी, अपर सचिव मनमोहन मैनाली मौजूद थे।
