दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में ड्रोन के जरिये मेडिकल सामाग्री भेजना हुआ आसान

हल्द्वानी/देहरादून। राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज हल्द्वानी के नाम एक और उपलब्धि जुड़ गई है। मेडिकल कॉलेज से सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र कोटाबाग के बीच ड्रोन सेवा का सफल डेमोन्स्ट्रेशन किया गया। करीब 40 किलोमीटर की दूरी ड्रोन ने कुछ ही मिनटों में पूरी कर 5 किलोग्राम मेडिकल सामाग्री को अपने गंतव्य तक पहुंचाया। इस सफल उड़ान के साथ ही प्रदेश के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत की एक और पहल रंग लाई है। जिसके माध्यम से अब प्रदेश के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में मेडिकल सुविधाएं आसानी से उपलब्ध कराई जा सकेगी।
राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज हल्द्वानी के प्राचार्य डा. अरूण जोशी ने बताया कि प्रदेश के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत के मार्गदर्शन में मेडिकल कॉलेज ने एक और उपलब्धि हासिल की है। उन्होंने बताया कि मेडिकल कॉलेज परिसर से आज सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र कोटाबाग के बीच ड्रोन सेवा का सफल डेमोन्स्ट्रेशन किया गया। इस दौरान ड्रोन ने लगभग पांच किलो मेडिकल सामाग्री को अपने गंतव्य तक सफलतापूर्वक पहुंचाया। डा. जोशी ने बताया कि भारत सरकार के प्रोजेक्ट ड्रोन दीदी के तहत सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में ड्रोन तकनीक के माध्यम से मेडिकल सुविधाएं मुहैया करायी जा रही है। ड्रोन सेवा भारत सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना है, जिसका लाभ सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों के लोगों को मिलेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि ड्रोन के माध्यम से 3 से 5 किलोग्राम तक मेडिकल सामाग्री पहुचायी जा सकती है। ड्रोन की मदद से दुर्गम क्षेत्रों के सी.एच.सी. सेंटरों में आपातकालीन व आपदा के समय विशेष दवाओं को कम समय में भेजना आसान हो जायेगा।
प्राचार्य डा. जोशी ने बताया कि सरकार की मंशा चिकित्सा सेवा में ड्रोन सेवा का जल्द से जल्द सुचारू रूप से संचालन की है ताकि ड्रोन सेवा का सर्वाधिक लाभ उन क्षेत्रों को मिले, जहां परिवहन की सुविधा उपलब्ध नही है। साथ ही सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों के चिकित्सा इकाई से मेडिकल कॉलेज में आने वाले ब्लड सेंपल की जांच कर रिपोर्ट ड्रोन के माध्यम से भेजी जा सके। उन्होंने बताया कि भविष्य में अन्य सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में भी ड्रोन सेवा शुरू करने की योजना है, जहां परिवहन की सुविधा उपलब्ध नही है, उन क्षेत्रों में यदि किसी मरीज को आपातकालीन व आपदा में ब्लड, दवाईयों आदि की आवश्यकता होगी तो ड्रोन सेवा के माध्यम से मेडिकल सामाग्री उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी। उन्होंने आशा जताई कि ड्रोन सेवा के विस्तार होने से मेडिकल चिकित्सकीय सुविधाओं में इजाफा होगा, जिसका लाभ मरीजों को मिलेगा।
