हाई एल्टीट्यूट में सेवा के लिए डाक्टर्स और मेडिकल स्टाफ को दी जा रही विशेष ट्रेनिंग
श्रीनगर औऱ देहरादून में स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों का प्रशिक्षण शिविर किया गया आयोजित
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत के दिशा-निर्देशों में स्वास्थ्य विभाग चारधाम यात्रा को सुगम, सुरक्षित और व्यवस्थित बनाने के लिए युद्धस्तर पर तैयारियों में जुटा है। विभाग श्रद्धालुओं के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा और किसी भी आपात स्थिति से निपटने के लिए डाक्टर्स और मेडिकल स्टाफ को विशेष प्रशिक्षण दे रहा है। अब तक श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज और दून मेडिकल कॉलेज में प्रशिक्षण शिविर आयोजित किए जा चुके हैं।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि प्रशिक्षण के अंतर्गत डाक्टरों और मेडिकल टीम को उच्च हिमालयी क्षेत्रों में संभावित स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं, आपदाओं और सीमित संसाधनों में आपात चिकित्सा सेवाएं देने की तकनीकी जानकारी दी जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशिक्षित मेडिकल टीम को जल्द ही यात्रा मार्गों और पड़ावों पर तैनात किया जाएगा।
डॉ. राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि तीर्थयात्रियों को हाई एल्टीट्यूड पर सांस लेने में तकलीफ, ऑक्सीजन की कमी, रक्तचाप में उतार-चढ़ाव, पैरों में छाले और अन्य समस्याएं हो सकती हैं। ऐसे में जरूरी है कि डॉक्टरों को इन परिस्थितियों में तुरंत उपचार शुरू करने का व्यावहारिक अनुभव हो। स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने जानकारी दी कि श्रीनगर और दून मेडिकल कॉलेज में प्रशिक्षण शिविर आयोजित किए गए हैं, जहां मेडिकल ऑफिसर्स को चारधाम यात्रा रूट पर सेवा देने के लिए विशेष तैयारी कराई जा रही है।

स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि इन बीमारियों के सही समय पर निदान व इलाज से कई लोगों की जान बचाई जा सकती है। प्रशिक्षण में एयर एम्बुलेंस तक मरीज की सुरक्षित पहुँच, दवा प्रबंधन, समय पर रेफरल की प्रक्रिया आदि बिंदुओं पर भी विशेष जोर दिया जा रहा है।

राजकीय दून मेडिकल कॉलेज के स्किल सेंटर में चिकित्सा अधिकारियों के लिए पहला क्लिनिकल स्किल आधारित प्रशिक्षण शिविर संपन्न हुआ। इसमें पीएचसी, सीएचसी और जिला अस्पतालों में सेवाएं देने वाले मेडिकल ऑफिसर्स को उच्च हिमालयी क्षेत्रों की चुनौतियों और रोगों के निदान में दक्ष बनाया गया।
