सीएम ने डीएम को कहा, जनसेवाओं में सुधार करें
देहरादून। सभी जिलाधिकारी अपने जनपदों में पब्लिक सर्विस डिलीवरी, सड़कों को गड्ढा मुक्त करने, पेयजल आपूर्ति बनाये रखने और वनाग्नि पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए विशेष ध्यान दें।
यह निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास से सभी जिला अधिकारियों के साथ वर्चुअल बैठक के दौरान दिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अतिक्रमण के विरुद्ध नियमित अभियान चलाया जाय। जनपदों में खाद्य पदार्थों की नियमित सैंपलिंग की जाए। बरसात से पहले रिवर ड्रेजिंग और नालों की सफाई की का कार्य पूर्ण किया जाए। जन शिकायतों का जल्द समाधान हो इसके लिए नियमित जनता दरबार, तहसील दिवस, बीडीसी की बैठकों का आयोजन किया जाए और ब्लॉक स्तर तक नियमित बहुउद्देशीय शिविर लगाए जाए। वन अग्नि पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए रिस्पांस टाइम कम से कम किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आगामी चार धाम यात्रा की दृष्टिगत सभी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाए। यात्रा मार्ग से जुड़े सभी जनपदों में कंट्रोल रूम पूर्ण रूप से सक्रिय रखे जाएं। यात्रा के दौरान सुव्यवस्थित ट्रैफिक प्लान और श्रद्धालुओं की मूलभूत सुविधाओं का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। जिलाधिकारी नियमित मार्गों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण भी करें। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि सभी जनपदों में 15 दिन के अंदर सभी सड़के गड्ढा मुक्त हो जाएं। जिलाधिकारी अपने जनपदों की मुख्य समस्याओं को चिन्हित कर उनके समाधान के लिए संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों की टीम बनाकर समस्याओं का यथाशीघ्र समाधान करना सुनिश्चित करें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए की एक ही स्थान पर 3 साल से अधिक समय से तैनात कार्मिकों के ट्रांसफर की जल्द कार्यवाही की जाए। ग्रीष्मकाल के दृष्टिगत जनपदों में पेयजल की सुचारू आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था की जाए, आवश्यकता पड़ने पर पेयजल टैंकरों की पूर्ण व्यवस्था रखी जाए। विद्युत आपूर्ति को सुचारू रखने के लिए सभी व्यवस्थाएं पहले से सुनिश्चित की जाएं। केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का आम जन को पूरा लाभ मिले, इसके लिए योजनाओं के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार के साथ ही सभी पात्र लोगों को योजनाओं का लाभ दिया जाए।
