शिक्षा माफिया पर जिला प्रशासन का प्रहार जारी
देहरादून। जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई में यूनिवर्सल बुक डिपो, नेशनल बुक डिपो, ब्रदर पुस्तक भंडार सहित कई दुकानों को सील कर दिया गया।
ये प्रतिष्ठान अभिभावकों को विवश कर जबरन किताबें और अन्य सामग्री बेच रहे थे। टैक्स चोरी और बिल न देने के आरोप में डीएम के निर्देश पर संगीन धाराओं में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई थी।

जांच में पाया गया कि कई किताबों के आईएसबीएन नंबर ट्रैक नहीं हो पाए हैं और जीएसटी चोरी के प्रमाण मिले हैं।
स्कूलों से गठजोड़ रखने वाले प्रमुख दुकानों पर शिकायतों के आधार पर कार्रवाई की गई। प्रशासन अब निजी स्कूलों पर भी प्रवर्तन कार्रवाई की तैयारी में है।
