शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. रावत की पहल पर युवाओं को मिलेगा सुनहरा अवसर
आगामी 23 मार्च को देहरादून में जुटेंगी कई बहुराष्ट्रीय कम्पनियां
देहरादून। प्रदेश के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत की एक और पहल प्रदेश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को नया आयाम देगी। इस महत्वकांक्षी पहल के तहत पहली बार समग्र शिक्षा के तहत आगामी 23 मार्च को रोजगार मेला का आयोजन किया जायेगा। जिसमें एक दर्जन राष्ट्रीय और बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनियां की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की गई है। इस आयोजन में प्रदेश के 559 राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में व्यावसायिक शिक्षा ग्रहण कर रहे छात्र-छात्राओं को रोजगार के बेहतर अवसर मिलेंगे।
समग्र शिक्षा उत्तराखंड के अपर राज्य परियोजना निदेशक कुलदीप गैरोला के मुताबिक प्रदेश के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत के निर्देश पर विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत पहली बार रोजगार मेले का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि आगामी 23 मार्च को देहरादून के हिन्दू नेशनल इण्टर कॉलेज में आयोजित रोजगार मेला विशेष रूप से प्रदेश के राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में व्यावसायिक शिक्षा ग्रहण कर रहे छात्र-छात्राओं के जॉब प्लेसमेंट के लिये आयोजित किया जा रहा है। अब तक 600 से अधिक छात्र-छात्राओं ने रोजगार मेले हेतु पंजीकरण करा लिया है। उन्होंने बताया कि रोजगार मेले में प्रतिष्ठित व्यावसायिक व औद्योगिक फर्म भाग ले रही हैं। जिसमें अशोक लेलैंड, हीरो मोटोकॉर्प, वीएलसीसी, पतंजलि, जुबिलैंट, ग्रीन कॉल, नॉर्थस्टार, रिलाइंस रिटेल, सोडेक्सो, जेना रिजॉर्ट और श्नाइडर इलेक्ट्रिक कम्पनी शामिल है, जो इन कुशल युवाओं के लिये विविध रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करेगी। उन्होने कहा कि इस ऐतिहासिक पहल का मकसद छात्र-छात्राओं को व्यावसायिक शिक्षा से जोड़कर उन्हें उद्योगों की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप प्रशिक्षित कर आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है।
एपीडी समग्र शिक्षा ने बताया कि नई शिक्षा नीति-2020 के प्रावधानों के तहत प्रदेश के 559 राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में कक्षा-9 से 12 तक व्यावसायिक शिक्षा प्रदान की जा रही है। जिसके तहत कृषि, ऑटोमेटिव, आईटी, पलम्बरिंग, रिटेल, टूरिज्म एंड हॉस्पिटैलिटी, ब्यूटी एंड वेलनेस तथा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एंड हार्डवेयर के कोर्स संचालित किये जा रहे हैं। जिससे लगभग 42000 छात्र-छात्राएं लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि व्यावसायिक शिक्षा को विषय के रूप में अंगीकृत करते हुये वर्तमान शैक्षिक सत्र में कक्षा-12 का पहला बैच उत्तराखंड बोर्ड परीक्षा में शामिल किया गया।
