गांवों का सर्वे के बाद रिपोर्ट बनाने को कहा
पौड़ी। जिलाधिकारी डॉ. आशीष चौहान ने उत्तराखंड प्रवासियों द्वारा जनपद के पांच गांवों को गोद लेने को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। बैठक में जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिए कि इन गांवों का सर्वे कर अगले एक सप्ताह के भीतर इन गांवों में किए जाने वाले कार्यों की डीपीआर तैयार कर प्रस्तुत करें, ताकि डीपीआर शासन को समय पर प्रस्तुत की जा सके।
जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य विकास अधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में पांच सदस्यीय प्रवासी सेल का गठन किया है। इस सेल के माध्यम से संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिए गए कि वे गांवों का सर्वे कर आवश्यक कार्यों की डीपीआर तैयार करें।
उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड प्रवासियों द्वारा गोद लिए गए गांवों में कार्यों के संचालन हेतु संबंधित विभाग आपस में समन्वय स्थापित करें। जिससे इन गांवों में जो भी कार्य किए जाने हैं उन्हें बेहतर किया जा सकेगा।
इसके अलावा जिलाधिकारी ने गोद लिए गांवों के लिए संबंधित विकासखंडों के खंड विकास अधिकारियों को नोडल अधिकारी नामित किया है।
