मुख्यमंत्री एकल महिला स्वरोजगार योजना को मिली मंजूरी
पहले वर्ष में कुल 2000 महिलाओं को सहायता देने का लक्ष्य
देहरादून। कैबिनेट बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री एकल महिला स्वरोजगार योजना को मंजूरी मिलने पर महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने प्रदेश की महिलाओं को बधाई दी है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस योजना में दी गई सहायता राशि का 75 फीसदी हिस्सा सब्सिडी के रूप में रहेगा।
महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कैबिनेट बैठक के बाद कहा कि प्रदेश की अविवाहित, परित्यक्ता, तलाकशुदा, निराश्रित और विकलांग एकल महिलाओं को इस योजना की दायरे में लाया गया है। रेखा आर्या ने बताया कि इस योजना में पात्र महिलाओं को अधिकतम ₹200000 की सहायता राशि प्रदान की जाएगी जिसमें से 75% हिस्सा सब्सिडी यानी अनुदान के रूप में रहेगा। लाभार्थियों को सिर्फ 25 फ़ीसदी हिस्सा ही व्यवसाय में अपने पास से लगाना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि कैबिनेट की मंजूरी के बाद अब जल्द से जल्द इसका जीओ जारी किया जाएगा। मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने बताया कि पहले साल इस योजना के तहत कम से कम 2000 महिलाओं को लाभ पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है, पहले साल इसकी प्रगति को देखते हुए योजना में लाभार्थियों की संख्या बढ़ाने का निर्णय किया जाएगा। मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा कि प्रदेश में महिलाओं को सशक्त करने की पहले से कई योजनाएं विद्यमान है लेकिन विशेष रूप से एकल महिलाओं को केंद्रित सहायता योजना अभी तक नहीं थी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कैटेगरी की महिलाओं को सशक्त किए जाने की सबसे ज्यादा जरूरत है इसलिए एकल महिलाओं के लिए विशेष योजना तैयार की गई है।
मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा कि सरकार ने इस योजना के जरिए प्रदेश की बहनों को महिला दिवस का अग्रिम तोहफा दिया है।
