भवनों के निर्माण में उत्तराखण्ड की स्थानीय वास्तु शैली का हो उपयोग – मुख्य सचिव
देहरादून। मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने सचिवालय में आयोजित ईएफसी (व्यय वित्त समिति) में पौड़ी गढ़वाल के यमकेश्वर में 1044.94 लाख रूपये लागत के कौड़िया किमसार वन मोटर मार्ग के सृदृढ़ीकरण कार्यों, जी बी पंत इंस्टिटयूट आफ इंजीनियरिंग एण्ड टैक्नोलाॅजी, घुड़दौड़ी, पौड़ी के निकट 1516.13 लाख रूपये की बिल्केदार पम्पिंग पेयजल योजना के पुनर्गठन, 1617.03 लाख रू0 के लागत वाले राजकीय पालीटेक्निक, सल्ट के भवन निर्माण कार्य, नाबार्ड की आरआईडीएफ योजना के तहत 1061.17 लाख रू0 के राजकीय पाॅलिटैक्निक, लोहाघाट तथा 1234.59 लाख रू0 की लागत के राजकीय पाॅलिटैक्निक, दन्या के निर्माण, देहरादून में 1171.56 लाख रू0 की लागत के न्यू कैंट मोटर मार्ग के 1 किमी0 0.375 चैनेज से 1.625 चैनेज (सालावाला पुल से विजय काॅलोनी पुल) तक मार्ग को दो लेन से 10.50 मी0 चैड़ाई में अपग्रेड करने की योजनाओं को अनुमोदन दिया।
इसके साथ ही आज की ईएफसी में भराड़ीसैंण में पशुपालन विभाग के तहत भराणीसैंण फार्म विकसित करने तथा निकटस्थ गांवों में डेयरी आधारित अर्थव्यवस्था तथा गाय आधारित पर्यटन विकास की 3003.05 लाख रू0 की महत्वपूर्ण योजना पर भी चर्चा की गई। योजना पर विस्तृत चर्चा के लिए उच्च स्तरीय बैठक आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने निर्देश दिए कि सभी भवन निर्माण कार्यों में ग्रीन बिल्डिंग, सोलर पावर तथा रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग के नियमों का सख्ती से पालन किया जाए। उन्होंने स्कूल, कालेज एवं अन्य भवनों के निर्माण में उत्तराखण्ड की स्थानीय वास्तु शैली के उपयोग के निर्देश दिए हैं।
मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने कहा कि पौड़ी गढ़वाल में यमकेश्वर में कौड़िया-किमसार मोटर मार्ग के सुदृढ़ीकरण के निर्माण कार्य से स्थानीय जनता एवं वन विभाग को आवागमन में सुविधा मिलेगी। राजकीय पालीटेक्निक, सल्ट एवं राजकीय पाॅलिटैक्निक, दन्या में भवन निर्माण कार्य से प्रदेश के क्षेत्रीय एवं दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों के विद्यार्थियों का प्रवेश एवं अध्ययन किया जाना संभव होगा। राजकीय पाॅलिटैक्निक, लोहाघाट के भवन के निर्माण कार्य से भावी विद्यार्थियों के प्रवेश प्रतिशत में वृद्धि एवं नवीन मानकों के साथ मैकेनिकल शाखा में शिक्षा/तकनीकी शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराये जाने हेतु अतिरिक्त भवन एवं वर्कशाप का सृजन/निर्माण आदि कराने की सुविधा प्राप्त होगी।
बैठक में प्रमुख सचिव आर के सुधांशु, सचिव डा बी वी आर सी पुरूषोतम, डा रंजीत कुमार सिन्हा, पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय सहित वित्त, सिंचाई, नियोजन विभागों के अपर सचिव एवं अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
