विधानसभा परिसर के अंदर व बाहर रहेगी कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था

देहरादून। विधानसभा बजट सत्र की शुरुआत आज मंगलवार से राज्यपाल के अभिभाषण से होगी। 20 फरवरी को प्रदेश सरकार वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 का आम बजट पेश करेगी। पहली बार सत्र ई-विधानसभा में होगा। विधानसभा सचिवालय ने सत्र के लिए सभी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली हैं। सत्र के दौरान विधानसभा परिसर के अंदर व बाहर कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था रहेगी। कार्यमंत्रणा समिति की बैठक में 18 से 20 फरवरी तक सदन संचालन के लिए एजेंडा तय किया गया। राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (सेनि) के अभिभाषण से सत्र शुरू होगा। इसके बाद अभिभाषण पर चर्चा और धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव होगा। 20 फरवरी को वित्त मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल दोपहर 12.30 बजे बजट पेश करेंगे।
एक लाख करोड़ से अधिक बजट होने का अनुमान है। इसमें महिला, युवा, गरीब, किसान, अवस्थापना विकास पर बजट में सरकार का फोकस रह सकता है। इसके अलावा प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से दो विधेयक व तीन अध्यादेश भी सदन पटल पर आएंगे। पेपरलेस सत्र की पहल के तहत पहली बार सत्र ई-विधानसभा में होगा। इसके लिए सदन में सभी सदस्यों के बैठने के स्थान पर टैबलेट लगाए गए। इसके माध्यम से ही विधायकों को एजेंडा, प्रश्नों की जानकारी मिलेगी। प्रदेश सरकार सदन में दो विधेयक व तीन अध्यादेश पेश करेगी।
इसमें उत्तराखंड नगर निकायों एवं प्राधिकरणों के लिए विशेष प्राविधान(संशोधन) विधेयक 2025 व उत्तराखंड निक्षेपक जमाकर्ता हित संरक्षण (वित्तीय अधिष्ठानों में) निरसन विधेयक 2025 विधेयक शामिल है। जबकि उत्तराखंड राज्य क्रीड़ा विश्वविद्यालय अध्यादेश-2024, उत्तराखंड नगर निकायों एवं प्राधिकरणों के लिए विशेष प्राविधान संशोधन अध्यादेश-2024, उत्तराखंड (उत्तर प्रदेश नगर निगम अधिनियम 1959) द्वितीय संशोधन अध्यादेश 2024 को पेश किया जाएगा।
