पंजाब। बठिंडा में एक पिता ने अपने इकलौते बेटे की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी। घटना बठिंडा के गांव चक रुलदू सिंह वाला की है, जहां पिता ने रविवार को अपने बेटे अर्शप्रीत सिंह को गोली मार दी। आरोपी पिता सुखविंर सिंह ने बेटे पर 12 बोर की बंदूक से गोली दागी। मृतक अर्शप्रीत सिंह शादीशुदा था और बेटियों का पिता भी था। घटना की जानकारी मिलने के बाद थाना संगत पुलिस ने आरोपी पिता को गिरफ्तार कर उसके खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है, जबकि उसकी लाइसेंसी बंदूक भी बरामद कर ली है। वहीं मृतक के शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए सिविल अस्पताल के शव गृह में रखा गया है।
मृतक अर्शप्रीत सिंह की पत्नी के अनुसार पिता-पुत्र में नहीं बनती थी। शनिवार रात्रि और रविवार सुबह भी दोनों के बीच किसी बात को लेकर झगड़ा हुआ था, जिसकी वजह से उसके पति अर्शप्रीत सिंह की हत्या हुई है। थाना संगत के एसएचओ पारस चहल ने बताया कि रविवार सुबह पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि गांव चक रूलदू सिंह वाला निवासी सुखविंदर सिंह ने अपने पुत्र अर्शप्रीत सिंह (34) पर घर पर ही लाइसेंसी 12 बोर बंदूक से गोली चला दी और मौके से फरार हो गया। घायल अर्शप्रीत सिंह को उपचार के लिए शहर के एक निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया, जहां पर उसकी इलाज के दौरान मौत हो गई।
मृतक की पत्नी के अनुसार हत्या करने की वजह घरेलू झगड़ा है। अर्शप्रीत सिंह और सुखविंदर सिंह दोनों ही खेतीबाड़ी करते हैं। परिवार के पास करीब 22 एकड़ जमीन है, लेकिन दोनों बाप और बेटे की आपस में नहीं बनती थी। दोनों में छोटी-मोटी बात को लेकर झगड़ा होता रहता था। शनिवार रात भी दोनों के बीच किसी बात को लेकर झगड़ा हुआ था, जबकि रविवार सुबह जब अर्शप्रीत सिंह अपने पिता के साथ बात करने के लिए उनके घर गया, तो वहां पर भी दोनों के बीच झगड़ा हो गया।
इसके बाद पिता ने अपनी 12 बोर की बंदूक से अर्शप्रीत सिंह को गोली मारकर उसकी हत्या कर दी। मृतक अर्शप्रीत सिंह परिवार को इकलौता बेटा था। वह शादीशुदा था और उसकी दो बेटियां हैं। थाना संगत के एसएचओ पारस चहल ने बताया कि मृतक अर्शप्रीत सिंह की पत्नी हरपिंदर कौर के बयानों पर आरोपी पिता सुखविंदर सिंह के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
