देहरादून। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने ऋषिपर्णा सभागार कलेक्ट्रेट में धारा 166, 167 के वादों की समीक्षा की। कहा कि राज्य सरकार की वर्णित प्रावधान के अनुरूप भूमि खरीद फरोक्त पर नियमो का उलंघन से संलिप्त होने पर सम्बंधित के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिए कि तहसीलों में लंबित मामलों का शीघ्र समयबद्ध तरीके से लंबित मामलों का निस्तारण करना सुनिश्चित करे।भूमि धोखाधड़ी के खतरों पर जागरूकता अभियान चलाने का निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने लंबित मामलों में तेजी लाने के लिए राजस्व अदालतों को निर्देशित किया। जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को कड़े शब्दों में निर्देशित किया कि वादों के निस्तारण में गंभीरता दिखाते हुए माह अंत तक प्रभावी कार्य करते हुए धारा 166, 167, 154, 157 के वादों को निस्तारण करेंगे।
प्रशासन है जनसंपत्ति का अभिरक्षक
जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देशित किया कि सभी उपजिलाधिकारी अपनी-अपनी तहसीलों में वादों के निस्तारण की स्थिति के सम्बन्ध में की गई कार्यवाही तथा निस्तारित कर वादों के निस्तारण विस्तृत रिपोर्ट प्रत्येेक सप्ताह प्रस्तुत करें।बैठक में अपर जिलाधिकारी प्रशासन जयभारत सिहं, उप जिलाधिकारी कालसी गौरी प्रभात, देहरादून सदर कुमकुम जोशी, विकासनगर विनोद कुुमार, चकराता योगेश मेहरा, डोईवाला अपर्णा ढौंडियाल, ऋषिकेश स्मृति परमार एवं समस्त तसीलदार उपस्थित थे।
