काशीपुर। सूचना अधिकार की नवीन जानकारी अब कैलेंडर के माध्यम से आम जनता को मिल सकेगी। इसके लिये सूचना अधिकार विशेषज्ञ नदीम उद्दीन एडवोकेट द्वारा एक कैलेंडर प्रकाशित कराया गया है। जिसमें 2025 के कैलेंडर के साथ उत्तराखंड सरकार के राजपत्रित व निबंधित अवकाशों की सूची को भी दर्शाया गया है। सूचना अधिकार की सामान्य जानकारी देने वाले नदीम द्वारा प्रकाशित कैलेंडर मेें सूचना का मतलब, सूचना अधिकार का मतलब, सूचना अधिकार के दायरे में शामिल प्राधिकारी, सूचना लेने की प्रक्रिया, सूचना हेतु अतिरिक्त शुल्क, सूचना देने की अवधि, प्रथम व द्वितीय अपील, लोक प्राधिकारियों/विभाग के सूचना अधिकार के अन्तर्गत दायित्व, सूचना अधिकार की विस्तृत जानकारी हेतु पुस्तकें, सोशल मीडिया (फेेस बुक पेज व गु्रप) उत्तराखंड सूचना आयोग तथा केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग की वेबसाइटों की जानकारी शामिल है।
नदीम द्वारा प्रकाशित इस कैलेंडर को जहां उनके द्वारा स्वयं वितरित कराया जा रहा है वहीं इसे फेस बुक के ”सूचना अधिकार कानून“ नामक पेज तथा ”सूचना अधिकार (आर टी आई)” गु्रप पर जन सामान्य हेतु उपलब्ध कराया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त इस कैलेंडर लेने का इच्छुक कोई भी व्यक्ति मोबाइल न0 9411547747 पर एस.एम.एस. या व्हाट्सएप्प से सम्पर्क करके निःशुल्क प्राप्त कर सकता है।
नदीम ने बताया कि वर्ष 2014 से लगातार सूचना अधिकार की जागरूकता के लिये कलैंडर का प्रकाशन व निःशुल्क वितरणर किया जा रहा है। इस कैलेंडर का उद्देश्य आम जनता तक सूचना अधिकार की जागरूकता फैलाना है ताकि आम जनता अधिक से अधिक सूचना अधिकार प्रयोग करने को सक्षम हो सके। कैलेंडर क्योंकि वर्ष भर रखा जाता है इसलिये इसके माध्यम से प्रकाशित सूचना अधिकार की जानकारी भी हजारों लोगों तक पहुंचेगी।
