मेडिकल कॉलेज के पीपीपी मोड पर संचालित होने से मेडिकल छात्र नहीं होंगे प्रभावित
भर्ती मरीजों को भी आयुष्मान और सीजीएचएस की दरों के अनुसार मिलेगा उपचार
देहरादून। निदेशक, चिकित्सा शिक्षा, डॉ आशुतोष सयाना, ने बताया है कि हरिद्वार स्थित राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज के संचालन को पीपीपी मोड पर दिए जाने से अध्ययनरत छात्रों की फीस नहीं बढ़ेगी, साथ ही छात्रों को अन्य सभी सुविधाएं सरकारी भी मेडिकल कॉलेज के समान ही मिलती रहेंगी।
डॉ आशुतोष सयाना ने कहा कि इसी सत्र से राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज, हरिद्वार में 100 एमबीबीएस सीटों की मंजूरी मिली है, अब यहां विधिवत पढाई भी शुरु हो गई है। इसी क्रम में मेडिकल कॉलेज के बेहतर संचालन और मरीजों को अच्छी सुविधाएं देने के लिए, कॉलेज को पीपीपी मोड पर दिए जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। लेकिन पीपीपी की शर्त में स्पष्ट किया गया है कि इससे अध्ययनरत छात्रों की फीस नहीं बढेगी, साथ ही छात्रों को मिलने वाले सभी शैक्षिक प्रमाणपत्र और डिग्रियों पर राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज हरिद्वार ही दर्ज रहेगा। इसी तरह भर्ती होने वाले मरीजों को उनके कार्ड के अनुसार आयुष्मान कार्ड या सीजीएचएस की दरों पर ही उपचार दिया जाएगा।
डॉ सयाना ने कहा कि पीपीपी मोड में दिए जाने मकसद सिर्फ अस्पताल और मेडिकल कॉलेज की सुविधाओं को आधुनिक बनाना है। ताकि छात्रों और मरीजों को इसका अधिकतम लाभ मिल सके। इसलिए छात्रों या आम जन मानस को इस विषय में भ्रमित होने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
