सचिव गृह शैलेश बगौली ने लंबित प्रकरणों पर जताई चिंता
देहरादून। सचिव गृह शैलेश बगौली ने अपने कार्यालय सभागार में सतर्कता अधिष्ठान की समीक्षा की। सचिव बगोली ने निर्देश दिए कि आमजन की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए तत्काल कार्रवाई की जाए।
विजिलेंस के कतिपय मामले अधिक समय से लम्बित होने पर सचिव शैलेश बगौली ने चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए इन प्रकरणों के निस्तारण में तेजी लाए जाने के लिए प्रणाली में सुधार लाए जाने की बात कही। उन्होंने प्रकरणों को तेजी से निस्तारित करने के लिए आधुनिक तकनीक और आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस टूल्स का प्रयोग करते हुए नवाचारी तरीके अपनाए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि शासन स्तर पर लंबित प्रकरणों को भी शीघ्र निस्तारित करने हेतु सम्बन्धित विभागों को रिमाइंडर भेजे जाएं। प्रकरणों में 2 माह में प्रगति न होने पर कार्यालय सचिव गृह के संज्ञान में लाया जाए।
सचिव बगौली ने कहा कि वेबसाईट एवं 1064 से प्राप्त ऐसी शिकायतें जो विजिलेंस से सम्बन्धित नहीं हैं, को 1905 के माध्यम से सम्बन्धित विभागों को भेजे जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि विजिलेंस से सम्बन्धित प्रकरणों को प्रभावी तरीके से निस्तारण के लिए नवाचारी तरीके अपनाएं जाएं।
सचिव बगौली ने विजिलेंस विभाग में अधिकारियों की कमी के सम्बन्ध में पुलिस महानिदेशक के साथ पृथक से बैठक किए जाने की बात कही।
इस अवसर पर निदेशक विजिलेंस डॉ. वी. मुरूगेशन एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक विजिलेंस श्रीमती रचिता जुयाल सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
