प्रौद्योगिकी आधारित आपदा एवं जलवायु जोखिम प्रबंधन पर जोर
बेंगलुरु। जलवायु परिवर्तन और प्राकृतिक आपदाओं की बढ़ती घटनाओं के बीच, ‘विश्व आपदा प्रबंधन सम्मेलन 2025’ (WSDM 2025) का तीसरा प्री-समिट बेंगलुरु स्थित जवाहरलाल नेहरू सेंटर फॉर एडवांस्ड साइंटिफिक रिसर्च (JNCASR) में आयोजित हुआ। इस आयोजन का संयोजन उत्तराखंड राज्य विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी परिषद (UCOST) और हिमालयन एकेडमी ऑफ साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (HAST) ने संयुक्त रूप से किया। कार्यक्रम में देश-विदेश से 200 से अधिक प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया।
राज्यपाल ने किया उद्घाटन
सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन कर्नाटक के राज्यपाल थावरचंद गहलोत ने किया। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में आपदा प्रबंधन में तकनीक की महत्ता पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि राज्यों को मिलकर कार्य करने की आवश्यकता है।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी का संदेश
उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने वीडियो संदेश के माध्यम से आयोजन के लिए यूकॉस्ट और अन्य आयोजकों को बधाई दी। उन्होंने बताया कि सम्मेलन का मुख्य आयोजन नवंबर 2025 में उत्तराखंड में प्रस्तावित है।
वैज्ञानिकों की उपस्थिति और विचार
भारत रत्न प्रो. सी.एन.आर. राव और डॉ. इंदुमती राव ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई। प्रो. राव ने राज्यों के बीच वैज्ञानिक सहयोग की सराहना की, जबकि डॉ. राव ने ग्लेशियरों के तेजी से पिघलने पर चिंता व्यक्त की।
स्थानीय मॉडल ‘सिलक्यारा फ्रेमवर्क’ का प्रस्ताव
यूकॉस्ट के महानिदेशक प्रो. दुर्गेश पंत ने उत्तराखंड और कर्नाटक के सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक रिश्तों को रेखांकित करते हुए ‘सिलक्यारा फ्रेमवर्क’ नामक स्वदेशी आपदा प्रबंधन मॉडल का प्रस्ताव रखा, जो पूर्व-आपदा वैज्ञानिक तैयारी पर आधारित है।
