भुजंगासन
पेट के बल लेट जाकर हथेलियां कंधे के नीचे रखें। सांस लेते हुए शरीर के ऊपरी भाग को ऊपर उठाएं और नाभि तक शरीर जमीन पर रहे। 15-30 सेकंड तक इस स्थिति में रुके और धीरे-धीरे सामान्य स्थिति में लौटें।
पवनमुक्तासन
पीठ के बल लेटकर पैरों के दोनों घुटनों को मोड़कर पेट पर लाएं। फिर हाथों से घुटनों को पकड़ें और ठुड्डी को घुटनों से लगाएं। 20-30 सेकंड इस अवस्था में रहने के बाद धीरे-धीरे सामान्य स्थिति में लौटें।
नौकासन
इस आसन को करने के लिए पीठ के बल लेटकर सांस लेते हुए सिर, हाथ और पैरों को एक साथ ऊपर उठाएं। इस दौरान शरीर की नाव जैसी आकृति बना ले। 15-20 सेकंड तक इसी मुद्रा में रहने के बाद धीरे-धीरे सामान्य स्थिति में लौटें।
धनुरासन
धनुरासन के अभ्यास के लिए पेट के बल लेट कर दोनों पैरों के घुटनों को मोड़ें और हाथों से टखनों को पकड़े। श्वास लेते हुए सिर, छाती और जांघों को ऊपर उठाएं। इस मुद्रा में कुछ देर रखने के बाद धीरे धीरे सामान्य स्थिति में लौटें।
