स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञ बताते हैं, किडनी एरिथ्रोपोइटिन नामक हार्मोन का उत्पादन करती है जो बोन मैरो को लाल रक्त कोशिकाएं बनाने के लिए प्रेरित करता है। शरीर में पीएच बैलेंस को बनाए रखने और पानी का संतुलन बनाए रखने के लिए भी किडनी का सही तरीके से काम करते रहना जरूरी है। पर क्या आप खुद से ही तो इस महत्वपूर्ण अंग के लिए दिक्कतें नहीं बढ़ा रहे हैं?

इन गड़बड़ आदतों से भी बढ़ सकती है दिक्कत
अधिक चीनी और जंक फूड ब्लड शुगर को बढ़ाते हैं, जिससे डायबिटीज और हाई ब्लड प्रेशर जैसी बीमारियां हो सकती हैं। इससे भी किडनी को नुकसान पहुंचती है।
धूम्रपान या शराब पीना भी आपके लिए खतरनाक है। ये किडनी की रक्त वाहिकाओं को संकीर्ण कर देते हैं, जिससे किडनी को रक्त की आपूर्ति कम हो जाती है।
