देहरादून। होली की छुट्टी मनाने नैनीताल पहुंचे श्रद्धालुओं को रविवार को परेशानी झेलनी पड़ी। यात्रियों को कैंची धाम तक पहुंचने में ढाई घंटे का सफर तय करना पड़ा। कैंची धाम से मेहरागांव तक 11 किमी लंबा जाम लगने से श्रद्धालुओं और सैलानियों को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ा। जाम में फंसे श्रद्धालुओं ने पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली पर भी सवाल खड़े किए।
नोएडा के अमित गुप्ता ने बताया कि उनके परिवार को दो घंटे से अधिक तक भवाली में फंसे रहना पड़ा। कहा कि जाम के चलते बच्चे परेशान रहे। मेहरागांव के वीरू मेहरा ने बताया कि शनिवार और रविवार को आए दिन जाम लगने से स्थानीय लोगों को भी परेशान होना पड़ता है। लेकिन प्रशासन जाम के लिए पार्किंग और शटल सेवा की उचित व्यवस्था नहीं कर पा रही है। वहीं, कैंची धाम में श्रद्धालुओं ने पूजा अर्चना कर बाबा नीब करौरी महाराज का आशीर्वाद लिया।
