हरिद्वार। पथरी थाना क्षेत्र में एक आठ साल की मासूम बच्ची से दुष्कर्म करने का मामला सामने आया है। बच्ची के साथ दरिंदगी करने वाले आरोपी को पुलिस ने मुठभेड़ में गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस की ओर से की गई जवाबी फायरिंग में आरोपी के पैर में गोली लगी है। घायल अवस्था में उसे जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। मासूम को भी उपचार के लिए एम्स ऋषिकेश केस में भर्ती किया गया है। एसएसपी प्रमेंद्र सिंह डोबाल ने अधीनस्थों के साथ घटनास्थल और फिर जिला अस्पताल पहुंचकर घटना की जानकारी जुटाई। आरोपी के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म सहित प्रभावी धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है।
एसएसपी ने बताया कि पथरी क्षेत्र में रह रहे मधेपुरा बिहार निवासी व्यक्ति की आठ साल की बच्ची को बेहोशी हालत में थाना पथरी लेकर पहुंचा। उसने जानकारी दी कि दयानंद सिंह नाम के व्यक्ति ने उसकी आठ वर्षीय बेटी को जंगल में ले जाकर दुष्कर्म किया है। इसके बाद आरोपी उसका का गला दबाकर भाग निकला। उसने जब जंगल में आरोपी का पीछा कर उसे पकड़ने की कोशिश की तो आरोपी तमंचा दिखाकर डराते हुए फरार हो गया।
बच्ची के शरीर पर शारीरिक शोषण के निशान होने के साथ ही निजी अंगों से रक्तस्राव होने के कारण उसे तुरंत सरकारी गाड़ी से उपचार के लिए जिला अस्पताल भेजा गया। जहां से बच्ची की हालत गंभीर होने के कारण उसे एम्स ऋषिकेश रेफर कर दिया गया।
एसएसपी ने बताया कि इस संबंध में प्रभावी धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर एक टीम थानाध्यक्ष रविंद्र कुमार के नेतृत्व में गठित करते हुए आरोपी की धरपकड़ के लिए लगाई गई। मुखबिर की सूचना पर टीम ने डांडी चौक से दिनारपुर की तरफ जाते हुए चिट्ठी कोटी के जंगल के पास आरोपी को रोकने का प्रयास किया।
जहां आरोपी ने पुलिस पर फायर कर दिया और गन्ने के खेत में भाग गया। इसके बाद फिर अंदर खेत से भी फायरिंग करने लगा। जिसके बाद पुलिसकर्मियों ने खुद को सुरक्षित करते हुए जवाबी फायरिंग की। जिसमें आरोपी गोली लगने से घायल हो गया। इसके बाद उसे दबोच लिया गया। आरोपी के पास से एक तमंचा और कारतूस बरामद हुआ।
आरोपी को उपचार के लिए जिला अस्पताल भिजवाया गया। एसएसपी ने बताया कि पीड़ित परिवार बेहद आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर है। पीड़िता का उपचार पुलिस की देखरेख में कराया जा रहा है।
