गांवों में गूंजेगी वेद, पुराणों और उपनिषदों की ऋचाएं
संस्कृत को बढ़ावा देने को गांवों में नियुक्त होंगे प्रशिक्षक
देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में देववाणी संस्कृत के संरक्षण और संवर्धन के लिये राज्य सरकार ने 13 आदर्श संस्कृत ग्राम घोषित कर दिये हैं। प्रत्येक जनपद में घोषित इन संस्कृत गांवों में सभी कामकाज और बोलचाल देववाणी संस्कृत में होंगे। इसके लिये सरकार द्वारा संस्कृत प्रशिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की जायेगी। जिससे प्रदेश की दूसरी राजभाषा का व्यापक विकास होगा और राज्य में संस्कृत के गौरव को पुनर्स्थापित किया जायेगा।
उत्तराखंड के गांवों में अब देववाणी संस्कृत की गूंज सुनाई देगी। इन गांवों में सूचना और प्रतीक चिन्ह संस्कृत भाषा में उकेरे मिलेंगे और स्थानीय लोग आपसी वार्तालाप से लेकर सभी कामकाज संस्कृत में करते नजर आयेंगे। राज्य सरकार ने प्रदेश के सभी 13 जनपदों में एक-एक आदर्श संस्कृत ग्राम घोषित कर दिये हैं ताकि प्रदेश की द्वितीय राजभाषा संस्कृत का संरक्षण व संवर्धन किया जा सके। राज्य सरकार द्वारा घोषित आदर्श संस्कृत ग्रामों में हरिद्वार के बहादराबाद ब्लॉक का नूरपुर पंजनहेडी गांव शामिल है।
इसी प्रकार देहरादून के डोईवाला ब्लॉक में भोगपुर, उत्तरकाशी के मोरी ब्लॉक में कोटगांव, चमोली के कर्णप्रयाग ब्लॉक का डिम्मर गांव, पौड़ी के खिर्सू ब्लॉक का गोदा गांव, रुद्रप्रयाग के अगस्तमुनि ब्लॉक का बैजी गांव, टिहरी जिले के प्रतापनगर ब्लॉक में मुखेम, नैनीताल के कोटाबाग ब्लॉक का पाण्डे गांव, अल्मोड़ा में ताड़ीखेत ब्लॉक जैंती, चम्पावत का खर्ककार्की, पिथौरागढ़ के मूनाकोट ब्लॉक का उर्ग गांव, बागेश्वर का शेरी गांव और ऊधमसिंह नगर के खटीमा ब्लॉक का नगला तराई गांव को आदर्श संस्कृत ग्राम घोषित किया गया है।
प्रदेशभर में घोषित इन आदर्श संस्कृत ग्रामों में सभी ग्रामीणों को संस्कृत भाषा का प्रयोग करने के लिये प्रोत्साहित किया जायेगा और सनातन संस्कृति के अनुसार विभिन्न संस्कारों के अवसर पर वेद, पुराणों और उपनिषदों की ऋचाएं का पाठ किया जायेगा साथ ही इन धार्मिक व सांस्कृतिक आयोजनों के अवसरों पर महिलाओं के द्वारा संस्कृत भाषा में गीत-गायन भी किया जायेगा। इन संस्कृत ग्रामों में आपसी समरसता को बढ़ावा देने के लिये अनूसूचित जाति एवं अनूसूचित जनजाति के अधिक से अधिक बच्चों को संस्कृत पढ़ने व उनकी प्रतिभागिता बढ़ाने के लिये प्रोत्साहित किया जायेगा।
राज्य सरकार द्वारा घोषित इन 13 आदर्श संस्कृत ग्रामों में राजभाषा संस्कृत को बढ़ावा देने व आम लोगों को संस्कृत का अभ्यास कराने के लिये केन्द्रीय संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय नई दिल्ली द्वारा अंशकालिक संस्कृत प्रशिक्षक एवं सहायक प्रशिक्षकों की तैनाती की जायेगी।
