देहरादून। मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर रविवार को सचिवालय में राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव ने सचिवालय के सभी अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों एवं उनके परिजनों को गणतंत्र दिवस की बधाई दी।
अपने संबोधन में मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि हमारे संविधान का मूलमंत्र समानता पर आधारित है | संविधान ने प्रत्येक नागरिक को बिना किसी भेदभाव के हर प्रकार की स्वतंत्रता एवं सामानता का अधिकार प्रदान किया है । मेरा सभी से अनुरोध है कि गणतंत्र दिवस के इस अवसर पर हम अपनी बेटियों को समानता का अधिकार देने का संकल्प लें। हमारे समाज को संविधान के आदर्शो तक ले जाने के लिए सभी को प्रतिज्ञा करनी होगी कि यदि हम अपने आसपास, परिवार या समाज में कहीं भी महिलाओं के प्रति किसी प्रकार का भेदभाव देखे तो उसके खिलाफ आवाज उठाएंगे | इस संकल्प से हम पूरे समाज और देश में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ला सकते हैं।
विकसित भारत, सशक्त उत्तराखंड विकसित उत्तराखंड के लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के लिए हमें अपनी आधी आबादी को बराबरी का अधिकार देते हुए (कार्यबल ) वर्कफोर्स में शामिल करना होगा | यदि हमे जीएसडीपी को दुगना करने का लक्ष्य जल्द पूरा करना है तो अधिक से अधिक महिलाओं को भी वर्कफोर्स से जोड़ना होगा | मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में हमारी टीम बेहतरीन कार्य कर रही है, जिसके लिए राज्य के सभी अधिकारी तथा कर्मचारी बधाई के पात्र हैं। आशा है कि हम अपने इन प्रयासों से जल्द ही देश के अग्रणी राज्य बनेंगे।
इस अवसर पर सचिवालय के सभी अधिकारी तथा कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।
