पार्टियों के टिकट से चुनाव लड़ रहे प्रत्याशियों को पार्टी का ही चिह्न मिलेगा
देहरादून। इन दिनों प्रदेशभर में निकाय चुनाव को लेकर बिगुल बजा हुआ है। जहां एक ओर पार्टियां चुनावी रणनीति में लगी हुई है, तो वहीं दूसरी ओर राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग ने भी अपनी कमर पूरी तरह से कस ली है। प्रदेश में नामांकन वापसी पूरी होने के बाद बृहस्पतिवार को सभी निकायों के प्रत्याशियों की अंतिम सूची जारी कर दी गई। अब शुक्रवार यानि आज प्रत्याशियों को चुनाव चिह्न आवंटित किए जाएंगे।
राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग के चुनाव कार्यक्रम के तहत बृहस्पतिवार को सुबह 10 बजे से निकायों में नामांकन वापसी की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई थी। शाम चार बजे तक सभी निकायों में नाम वापसी का मौका दिया गया। इसके बाद शाम को ही चुनावी मैदान में अंतिम प्रत्याशियों के नामों पर मुहर लग गई।
पार्टियों के टिकट से चुनाव लड़ रहे प्रत्याशियों को पार्टी का ही चिह्न मिलेगा। निर्दलीय या गैर मान्य पंजीकृत दलों के प्रत्याशियों को राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग की ओर से तय चुनाव चिह्न शुक्रवार को आवंटित किए जाएंगे। आयोग ने इन प्रत्याशियों के लिए 47 चुनाव चिह्न निर्धारित किए हैं।
