सहायक जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने दिये नियमानुसार कार्रवाई के निर्देश, वार्ड 48 से पार्षद का चुनाव लड़ रही हैं कमली भट्ट
आय से अधिक संपत्ति मामले में हाईकोर्ट से नोटिश जारी, 07 जनवरी को है मामले की सुनवाई
देहरादून। देहरादून नगर निगम के वार्ड 48 से भाजपा की पार्षद उम्मीदवार कमली भट्ट का चुनाव खतरे में पड़ गया है। आरटीआई एक्टिविस्ट एडवोकेट विकेश नेगी ने नगर आयुक्त और नगर निर्वाचन अधिकारी से शिकायत की है कि कमली भट्ट ने चुनाव में अपनी एक संपत्ति की घोषणा छिपा दी है। इसके अलावा उनका घर सरकारी जमीन पर अतिक्रमण है जो कि चुनाव नियमों के खिलाफ है।
एडवोकेट विकेश नेगी ने निर्वाचन अधिकारी से मांग की है कि कमली भट्ट का नामांकन रद्द किया जाए। निगम चुनाव अधिकारी को आज दी गयी शिकायत में एडवोकेट विकेश नेगी ने कहा कि 2018 में कमली भट्ट ने चुनाव आयोग को जो संपत्ति का विवरण दिया है उसमें साझीदार में 376 वर्ग मीटर की भूमि का उल्लेख छिपा दिया था। यह आदर्श आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन था। कमली भट्ट पार्षद रहते हुए एक अन्य सरकारी भूमि भी पद का दुरुपयोग करते हुए 23 मार्च 2023 को बेच दी थी।
कमली भट्ट का नामांकन रद्द करने की मांग
एडवोकेट नेगी का आरोप है कि कमली भट्ट ने अपना जो पता दर्शाया हुआ है कि वह नगर निगम की भूमि पर है और नगर निगम की धारा 13 घ का उल्लंघन है। इसमें स्पष्ट कहा गया है कि यदि किसी का सरकारी भूमि पर अतिक्रमण है तो वह निगम का सदस्य नहीं बन सकता है। इसके अलावा विकेश नेगी ने कमली भट्ट के खिलाफ अदालत में भ्रष्टाचार अधिनियम के तहत एक वाद भी दायर किया है। इस मामले की सुनवाई चल रही है। इसकी जांच विजिलेंस भी कर रही है। एडवोकेट विकेश नेगी का कहना है कि कमली भट्ट ने पार्षद के तौर पर अपने पद का दुरुपयोग किया है। उन्होंने चुनाव अधिकारी से मांग की है कि कमली भट्ट का नामांकन रद्द किया जाएं।

आरटीआई एक्टिविस्ट और एडवोकेट विकेश नेगी की आपत्ति का तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए सहायक जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने नगर निगम के रिटर्निंग आफिसर को इस संबंध में नियमानुसार कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिये हैं। इस संबंध में वार्ड 48 बद्रीश कालोनी से भाजपा के टिकट पर पार्षद का चुनाव लड़ रही कमली भट्ट के नामांकन पत्र के विरुद्ध दाखिल की गयी आपत्तियों को लेकर उचित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिये हैं।
