लापरवाही होने पर संबधित मेडिकल कॉलेज के एमएस या प्राचार्य की जवाबदेही होगी
देहरादून। उत्तराखंड स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने नये साल के जश्न के दौरान सभी अस्पतालों को अलर्ट मोड़ पर रहने के आदेश दिये हैं। स्वास्थ्य सचिव डा. आर. राजेश कुमार ने सभी राजकीय मेडिकल कालेजों और सरकारी अस्पतालों को निर्देश दिये हैं कि आपातकालीन चिकित्सा प्रबंधन को और अधिक दुरस्त किया जाएं। आपातकालीन प्रबंधन के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने नई गाइडलाइन (एसओपी) जारी की है। सभी अस्पतालों से इस गाइडलाइन का पालन करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव डा. आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि नये साल और शीतकालीन चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान सभी अस्पतालों को इमरजेंसी मैनेजमेंट की व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के निर्देश दिये हैं। प्रदेश में आपातकालीन प्रबंधन को लेकर राजकीय मेडिकल कालेजों के प्राचार्यों की एक बैैठक हुई। इस बैठक में आपातकालीन प्रबंधन को लेकर मंथन हुआ।
इस संबंध में राजकीय मेडिकल कालेज देहरादून सहित प्रदेश के सभी मेडिकल कॉलेजों के साथ इमरजेंसी मैनेजमेंट को लेकर विचार विमर्श किया गया। आपातकालीन प्रबंधन के तहत ट्राईएज के तहत मरीजों की तेजी से जांच की जाती है। इसके अलावा क्लीनिक प्रोटोकॉल, डाक्युमेंटेशन और क्वालिटी एसोयरेंस को लेकर भी गाइडलाइन बनाई गयी हैं। स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि गंभीर मरीजों को 10 मिनट के अंदर इलाज मिलना सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
