नये साल के जश्न के लिए हर्षिल, दयारा एवं सांकरी क्षेत्र में कई हजार पर्यटक मौजूद
उत्तरकाशी। साफ मौसम और चटख धूप के बीच जिले के पर्यटन स्थलों पर नये साल का जश्न मनाने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में पर्यटकों का आगमन हुआ है। ‘न्यू इयर डेस्टीनेशन‘ के रूप में खासी ख्याति बटोर रहे केदारकांठा, हर्षिल, दयारा जैसे मनोरम स्थल इन दिनों देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों से पहुंचने वाले पर्यटकों से गुलजार हैं।
आज भी हर्षिल, दयारा एवं सांकरी क्षेत्र में तीन हजार से अधिक पर्यटकों का आगमन हुआ। जिले के प्रमुख पर्यटन स्थलों पर लगभग पॉंच हजार से अधिक पर्यटकों के प्रवास की सूचना है।
पर्यटन स्थलों एवं इनसे जुड़े आधार शिविरों पर नए साल का जश्न मनाने के लिए स्थानीय होटल व ढाबा संचालकों तथा पर्यटन व्यवसायियों के द्वारा बड़े पैमाने पर तैयारियों की गई हैं। मनोरम बर्फ से लकदक केदारकांठा सहित इसके आधार शिविर सांकरी-कोटगांव क्षेत्र में भी बड़ी संख्या में पर्यटक पहुंचे हैं।
इसी तरह दयारा बुग्याल क्षेत्र में गोई, भरनाला की कैम्पिंग साइट्स के अलावा इसके आधार शिविर में स्थित रैथल एवं बार्सू आदि गांवों में भी पर्यटकों की काफी चहल-पहल बनी हुई है। उधर हर्षिल कस्बे में आकर्षक सजावट करने के साथ ही नये साल के जश्न के लिए खास तैयारियां की गई हैं। हर्षिल क्षेत्र में बगोरी, धराली आदि गांवों में स्थित होटल व होम-स्टे भी पर्यटकों से भरे पड़े हैं।
पुलिस व प्रशासन के द्वारा भी नव वर्ष पर पर्यटकों की बढती आवाजाही को देखते हुए सुरक्षा के विशेष प्रबंध किए गए हैं। पर्यटकों की भीड़-भाड़ वाले केदारकांठा, हर्षिल, दयारा क्षेत्र में एसडीआरएफ, पुलिस, आपदा प्रबंधन के त्वरित कार्रवाई दस्ते के जवानों की टीमें भेजी गई हैं। सेटेलाइट फोन, वाकी-टॉकी, स्नोचेन, सर्चलाईट सहित अन्य आवश्यक साजो-सामान से लैस इन टीमों को हिमाच्छादित इलाकों में पर्यटकों की आवाजाही एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाओं की निगरानी करने को कहा गया है। सड़कों को सुचारू बनाए रखने के लिए भी संवेदनशील जगहों पर आवश्यक मशीनरी व मजदूरों को तैनात किया गया है।
जिलाधिकारी डॉ. मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट के द्वारा हर्षिल क्षेत्र में स्नोकटर व ब्लोअर मशीन को भी निरंतर तैयार रखे जाने की हिदायत देते हुए सभी विभागों व संगठनों को पर्यटकों व शीतकालीन यात्रा पर आने वाले लोगों की सुविधा, सहायता व सुरक्षा के लिए तत्परता से अपेक्षित कार्रवाई करने की अपेक्षा करते हुए यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा है कि आगंतुकों को किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो।
